The Hurco Mill and Vero Software a new VM2 Machining Centre with Nikkon 4th axis and 20 Station tool changer allows un-manned and lights out machining. Vero software is cutting edge and allows complex models to be imported and fully machined. Unmanned and lights out machining improves productivity, cuts costs and these can be passed on to the customer where appropriate. RST purchased the Faro Gage Plus CMM enabling full inspection of 3D parts. In depth inspection reports are produced with ease. Reverse engineering is allowed ensuring that RST Engineering can produce exact replicas of sample parts. Highly skilled engineers and quality control measures carefully manage all projects. Again achieving significant cost benefits for customers is the recent acquisition and installation of a CNC Hole Driller. 16 station electrode changer which again allows un-manned and lights-out machining.
